Ozarka College recently announced their Employee of the Quarter as April Killian of Calico Rock. Killian is the Director of Development at Ozarka College.
Killian is responsible for coordinating Ozarka College Foundation events, building and maintaining relationships in the community, and managing the Foundation Scholarship program. She began working at Ozarka in summer 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arkansas State University. She has earned the Employee of the Quarter recognition for the period of October through December 2023.
Dr. Josh Wilson, vice president of advancement states, “April hit the ground running this past year and has done an exceptional job coordinating all the Ozarka Foundation fundraising events and working with our Foundation board. Her creativity and work ethic have really shone through which makes her very deserving of this recognition.”
