Ten building permits were issued in December according to a report from the City of Mountain Home’s Building Inspection Manager Jeannie Anderson.
A new residential building tops the report with the permit being issued to Mize Construction on behalf of Elton and Mary Kirby for property located at 70 Doral Court. The construction value of the property is $585,000.
Two permits were for residential additions and include:
Velma and Leon West for property located at 605 Leatherwood Drive with a construction value of $25,000, and Clouse Construction on behalf of Dennis Deloat for property located at 229 Louann Drive with a construction value of $47,000.
The remaining permits were for commercial signs and have been issued to:
Condray Signs on behalf of Burger King located at 1832 Highway 62 East with a construction value of $39,657;
Dacus Construction on behalf of Fellowship Cumberland Presbyterian located at 1209 East 9th Street valued at $30,000;
Dijohn Designs on behalf of Hometown Storage located at 3894 Arkansas Avenue with a construction value of $11,000;
Harrison Sign Company on behalf of T-Mobile located at 1195 Hometown Commons with a construction value of $10,000;
Cupples Sign Company on behalf of North Arkansas Therapy Service located at 230 Highway 5 North with a construction value of $5,400;
Oxford Signs and Neon on behalf of H & R Block located at 40 Plaza Way Suite 400 with a construction value of $1,800; and
Groomer Has It located at 619 Baker Street with a value of $700.
