A Paragold woman was sentenced to a year of probation after she was accused of billing Medicaid for several months of care she did not provide.
On Tuesday, 52-year-old Shaona Mizell pled guilty to Medicaid fraud. Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin said Mizell was a personal care aide. When the fraud was committed. She was given a $200 fine and must pay $3,300 in restitution to the Arkansas Medicaid program.
