A West Plains woman was moderately injured following a single-vehicle crash in Howell County late Sunday night. The Missouri State Highway Patrol identifies the victim as 21-year-old Meghan R. Brandes of West Plains.
According to the incident report, Brandes failed to stop at the intersection and ran off the road before striking the embankment.
The crash happened on County Road 8230 at County Road 8620 in West Plains, Missouri.
