8 building permits issued in January

Eight building permits were issued in January according to a report from the City of Mountain Home’s Building Inspection Manager Jeannie Anderson.

A commercial remodel tops the report with the permit being issued to Ed Randall on behalf of Town and Country Discount Food located at 216 East 9th Street. The construction value of the property is $240,000.

A parking lot permit has been issued to Beers Investment Group with a construction value of $7,725 for property located at 403 Highway 62 East.

A residential structure permit has been issued to Robert Nystrom for property located at 627 Ridgemont Drive with a construction value of $4,000.

The remaining permits were for commercial signs and have been issued to:

Beers Investment Group for property located at 401 Highway 62 East with a value of $50,000;
Signlink on behalf of Ed Randall and Town and Country Foods located at 216 East 9th Street with a value of $44,417;
Anderson LED Signs on behalf of 24 Hour Fuel located at 403 Highway 62 East with a value of $4,000;
TC Carter for The Jewel Chest located at 860 Highway 62 East with a value of $1,049; and
Dijohn Designs on behalf of Parlor Brewing located at 1221 Commerce Street with a value of $1,700.
