A Marion County man is facing three counts of rape and one count of second-degree sexual assault after being arrested earlier this week. Fifty-five-year-old Robert William Linn of Summit was arrested Tuesday.
The investigation files in the case have been sealed because they could compromise the investigation as it continues. No other details are known at this time.
Rape is a Class Y felony, the most serious crime in Arkansas not punishable by the death penalty.
Linn is being held in the Marion County Law Enforcement Center with bond set at $50,000.
