Yellville-Summit’s junior high basketball teams wrapped up their season by getting swept by Ozark Mountain in the championship games of the 2A-1 Junior District Tournament Saturday at Greenland. The Junior Lady Panthers fell to the Junior Lady Bears 46-39. The Yellville-Summit boys followed by losing to Ozark Mountain 54-36.
The championship games of the 3A-2 Junior District Tournament were held at Melbourne. Salem was edged out by Mountain View in the girls’ game 33-30. Melbourne’s boys fell to Newport 41-32.
