North Little Rock authorities have made two arrests after a mother and her baby were found dead off the side of a highway. Forty-three-year-old Willie Mott Jr. has been arrested in connection with the homicide, while his mother is facing charges for hindering the investigation.
Authorities found the bodies of 27-year-old T’Angela Tate and her infant son, Noel Tate, off the on ramp to Interstate 440 on Tuesday morning. A second child, who was only 1 1/2 years old, was also found at the scene and has been hospitalized since.
An investigation is ongoing.
