The St. Francis County Sheriff’s Office said a woman’s body found earlier this month has been identified.
A group of boys riding four wheelers found a tote containing the body of 42-year-old Troy Alexandra Strope of Forrest City on February 20 on the side of County Road 731 near Highway 334. The Sheriff’s Office is investigating the case as a homicide.
