
Eighteen building permits were issued in February according to a report from the City of Mountain Home’s Building Inspection Manager Jeannie Anderson.
A commercial remodel tops the report with the permit issued to Baxter Health located at 624 Hospital Drive. The construction value of the property is $2 million.
Two permits were issued for new commercial buildings, the first being issued to Gregory and Co. on behalf of Slim Chickens located at 555 Highway 62 East with a construction value of $1.9 million. The second has been issued to Lawns Plus Services located at 500 County Road 390 with a construction value of $60,000.
Seven permits were for new residential buildings and have been issued to:
Thomas Embach on behalf of Leisure Homes for properties located at 1910, 1914, 1902 and 1906 Ontario Court with construction values of $150,000 each;
Freedom Hobbs on behalf of Hobbs Siding and Windows for properties located at 1072 and 1076 Ozark Avenue with construction values of $150,000 and $140,000; and
Phillip Patton for property located at 131 Colonial Court with a construction value of $340,000.
Three permits were for residential additions and have been issued to:
Billy Lee for property located at 901 Capital Drive with a construction value of $18,500;
James Holliday for property located at 629 East 6th Street valued at $99,840; and
James Dismore for 944 Ramble Lane with a value at $1,885.
The remaining permits were for commercial and temporary signs and have been issued to:
Hibbett Sports located at 40 Plaza Way valued at $1,500;
1st Choice Home Care located at 333 Highway 5 North valued at $30;
Horton Asphalt on behalf of The Dels located at 115 South Main Street with a value of $100 and Horton Asphalt on behalf of Heartland located at 128 North College Street with a value of $200; and
Flaky Duo Bakery and Cafe located at 759 Highway 62 East with a value of $5,000.
