Baxter County begins to see small increase in traffic leading to eclipse

As the total solar eclipse is two days from its projected timeline, Baxter County emergency personnel are getting ready for the increase in activity. Baxter County Office of Emergency Management Director David Stults says traffic in the area is slowly but surely beginning to pick up.

While the traffic is starting to increase, Stults says he is encouraged by the fact that emergency calls have not.
