The Cotter City Council will meet in regular session Thursday night at 6 in the Cotter City Hall Council Chambers.
Items on the agenda include a second reading of an ordinance to increase water rates to comply with ACT 605 by July 1; a presentation from the Saturday Club of Cotter to present an annual check from their Perpetual Fund to maintain Walnut Hill Cemetery; consideration to renew a contract for waste disposal services with Waster Connections; consideration of an ordinance for financing the remainder of the Phase II Sewer Project; and the council to schedule a workshop meeting.
