The ASU-Mountain Home’s last home outing of the season ended on a rough note as they were swept in a doubleheader by Southern Arkansas University Tech.
The Trailblazers fell to the Rockets 12-4 in the opener. Kylee Hodge went 1-for-2 with a double for ASU-Mountain Home, and Ashley Earley and Cali Dunn were each 1-for-3 with an RBI.
The evening finished with the Blazers losing to SAU Tech 16-3. Earley went 3-for-3 with a pair of doubles and scored twice; and Dunn was 2-for-2 with a double, a triple and two RBIs.
ASU-Mountain Home fell to 0-34 on the season, and they’ll have their last road trip of the regular season this weekend. The Blazers will be in Tishomingo, Okla., on Friday for the first of two doubleheaders with Murray State College.
