Again, starting Wednesday at 8 in the morning, Baxter County residents, contractors and electric companies will be able to drop storm debris off at The Old Baxter County Quarry location at 789 CR 69. Only brush and trees as no construction debris will be accepted.

Hours for storm debris drop off will be Monday through Friday from 8 until 4.

County residents that have brush and tree debris from the storm, again no construction debris of any kind, can move this tree debris to the edge of the county road in a manageable size that can be picked up by a grapple truck. Please do not place in the road way or in the ditch where the drainage will be blocked. Removal will begin Monday.

Anyone with questions can call the Baxter County Road and Bridge Department at 870-425-3695 or the Judge’s Office at 870-425-2755.
