The ELKS Lodge #1714 and the Back Forty Restaurant will co-sponsor the 13th-annual Veterans Golf Tournament June 23 at Twin Lakes Golf Course. The two-person scramble has a rain date set for June 30.
The entry fee is $50 per person, and the tournament is limited to 36 teams. Golf carts are available at $20 per team. Checks should be made payable to Elks Veterans Tournament. All proceeds will benefit the ELKS’ veterans programs.
There are hole-in-one prizes on Holes 14 and 17 for $10,000. The tournament will also have prize holes for the longest putt, longest drive, closest to the pin and closest to the squiggly line.
Signups will be taken at the Back Forty and the Twin Lakes Golf Course’s pro shop. Registrations will also be accepted the day of the tournament beginning at noon, and the shotgun start will be an hour later. A dinner will follow the tournament at the ELKS Lodge.
