Items on the agenda include a consideration of a request a request for a conditional use permit at 148 Hazel currently zoned agriculture (AG) pursuant to Ordinance number 1999-07, which allows several types of conditional uses in Agricultural Zone (AG) upon approval by the Cotter Planning Commission.
