An Amber Alert has been issued for a child in Texarkana. Three-year-old Kaiden Barnes reportedly went missing around 1 Friday morning, and it’s believed he may have wandered off.
According to the Arkansas State Police, Barnes is described as a 3-foot black male weighing 30 pounds with brown eyes and black hair with short dreads. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and black pants.
