A minor is dead following an ATV accident June 8 in Omaha. The crash occurred after the ATV the unidentified male was on crashed into another.
According to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office, both ATVs were traveling on Old Cricket Road. The juvenile, whose age was not available, reportedly attempted to overtake the other ATV. The vehicles collided, and the minor was thrown from his ATV. The other driver was not injured.
The road was dry, and the weather was clear at the time of the 2:34 p.m. accident.
