Gassville City Council to meet Tuesday night

The Gassville City Council will meet in regular session Tuesday night at 6 at Gassville City Hall.

Items on the agenda include;

– update on properties being considered for condemnation;

– a second reading of an ordinance to establish a separate deposit amount for water customers that own or rent/lease in the city limits;

– a second reading of an ordinance to establish the due date for water/sewer service billing along with setting the disconnect date for past due bills and for other purposes; and

– consideration to amend the general fund budget for expenses incurred for condemnation.
