The Mountain Home City Council will meet in regular session Thursday night at 5 in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building.Items on the agenda include:
– an amending ordinance to rezone a residential R-1 property to a commercial C-2 property located at 1334 U.S. Highway 62 West;
– an ordinance to accept the final plat and dedications for Sycamore Flats and improvements to the property;
– an ordinance to adopt an update personnel policy handbook;
– presentation of a list of items to be sent to auction;
– selection of a construction manager for the police department remodeling project;
– a request to create a line item for purchased property at 1171 S. Main Street;
– approval to transfer $27,250 from projected carryover to a line item to purchase 1171 S. Main Street; and
– discussion on canceling the city council meeting scheduled for July 4th.
