A Mountain Home man is in the Baxter County Detention Center, facing four sexual related charged charges involving a minor.
Thirty-seven-year-old Richard Allen Druckery showed up at the Baxter County Detention Center in the late evening of June 10 to confess his crimes and was detained. After being interviewed by investigators, he was later booked into the jail.
Since the case involves a minor and the investigation is continuing, the files in the case have been ordered sealed by the court.
Druckery is facing three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault in the second degree. His bond is set at $150,000. He is also ordered to have no contact with the victim or any individual under the age of 18.
