Four people injured in four-vehicle crash in Oregan County, Mo.

Three Arkansans, along with an Alabama man, were injured in a four-vehicle accident in Oregon County, Mo. Monday night. Fifty-two-year-old Louie Parker of Mammoth Spring, 40-year-old Larry Eldridge from Alabama, and a 12-year-old girl from Arkansas were seriously injured in the accident, while 52-year-old Martha Parker from Mammoth Spring sustained moderate injuries.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 18-year-old Allie Lee was headed southbound on U.S. Highway 63 when her vehicle began sliding and crossing the roadway’s center. As her car began to rotate, the rear struck the front of Eldridge’s vehicle. Lee continued crossing the center of the lane, colliding with Louie Parker’s vehicle traveling northbound. Parker then then traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned. Lee’s vehicle then crashed into the back of a car driven by Martha Parker.

Air Evac transported The juvenile to CoxHealth Medical Center in Springfield for treatment.

Eldridge and Martha Parker were transported to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains, while Survival Flight transported Louie Parker to CoxHealth South Medical Center in Springfield for treatment.
