State police say they’ve identified the driver of a Pine Bluff hit and run on July the 3rd that resulted in the death of 19-year-old Kalei Owen of Bentonville.
Owen was killed when she ran from a wooded area onto Interstate 530 in Jefferson County and was struck by a vehicle, then that suspect vehicle fled the scene. Authorities now say that vehicle and the driver have been located.
Police did not release the name of the suspect and are continuing to investigate that incident.
