Robbins leads senior men, Barton leads women at Big Creek Stroke Play Championships

Two divisions held their opening rounds of their Stroke Play Championships Saturday at Big Creek Golf and Country Club.

Mike Robbins is the at the top of the leaderboard in the senior men’s division with a 76. Jim Wood and Randy Lunceford are tied for second place at two strokes back. The final round will begin Sunday morning at 8:50.

Alyssia Barton leads the first round of the women’s division with an 81. Nancy Carpenter is second with a 93, and Barbara Wood is third with a 95. The final round tees off Sunday at 8:30.
