The Howell County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing endangered person. Fifty-eight-year-old Brian Weldon was last seen around 10 Thursday night on Missouri Route CC in West Plains.
Weldon is described as a 5-foot-9 white male weighing 190 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. It is unknown what he was wearing when he left on foot.
