Baxter Health recently announced the addition of board-certified family nurse practitioner Sally Hambleton, ARPN, to the newly-opened Baxter Health School-Based Clinic, serving the students and staff of Gainesville and Bakersfield school districts in Missouri. With a commitment to enhancing the quality of healthcare in the community, Baxter Health partnering with these school districts to bring high-quality medical care closer to home.
Beginning this month, Hambleton will be providing her care on a rotating schedule. She will be available from 8 to 3 Mondays and Wednesdays in Gainesville and Tuesdays and Thursdays in Bakersfield. George Lawrence, MD, will be collaborating as the supervising physician, ensuring comprehensive medical oversight and support.
Hambleton recently practiced at Regional Family Medicine in Mountain Home. She holds an undergraduate degree from Missouri State University in Springfield and Southwest Baptist University in Springfield. She obtained her master’s degree in nursing from Graceland University.
Hambleton resides in Gainesville with her husband of fifteen years and their three children. Outside of caring for her patients, Hambleton enjoys singing and playing the piano and is an active member of her church, where she teaches children’s church.
