Since the threats made to the Mountain Home School District Sunday night, Superintendent Allyson Dewey states the district has seen student attendance rates at 20 percent for the past two days.
Starting Wednesday, students will be returning to classes, and absences will no longer be excused. Parents, students and staff can expect to see a continued presence of crisis team members and law enforcement on campus. Dewey says law enforcement will be on campus in both marked and unmarked cars along with some in uniform and others in plain clothing.
