In August, 13 building permits were issued according to a report from the City of Mountain Home’s Building Inspection Manager Jeannie Anderson.
Two new commercial builds topped the report with both permits being issued to Gregory Company. One on behalf of the City of Mountain Home for the Mountain Home Fire Station #2 located at 2030 U.S. Highway 62 East for a construction value of $3,981,095. And the second to the Baxter County Health Department for the new health department building located at 850 Buttercup Drive for a construction value of $3,351,000.
Two commercial sign permits were issued in August with the first to Baxter Health Market Street Clinic with a construction value of $41,946 and the second to First Community Bank located at 310 U.S. Highway 62 East with a construction value of $66,577.
Six new residential build permits were issued with the first going to Phillip Patton on behalf of Patton Homes located at 1385 Hampshire Circle with a construction value of $240,000. Five new residential build permits were issued to Freedom Hobbs for homes locates at 1405, 1422, 1413, 1404 and 1417 Hobbs Court all with a construction value of $140,000 each.
A residential remodel permit was issued to Jonathon Spivey located at 1118 Ridgecrest with a construction value of $50,000.
And two residential ACC structure permits where issued in August with the first to John Young located at 3217 Turnage Trail for a construction value of $1,200 and second to Larry Green located at 920 Sanford Lane with a construction value of $3,200.
