A Gainesville man was seriously injured when his vehicle overturned and caught fire Friday evening in Ozark County. Fifty-eight-year-old Christopher Failor was transported by ambulance to Baxter Health.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Failor was traveling on U.S. Highway 160. He was nearly two miles east of Isabella when he reportedly attempted to make a bad pass. Failor’s vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway, struck a fence, overturned, landed in a field and caught fire. He was reportedly not wearing a seat belt.
Failor’s vehicle was totaled in the 6:30 p.m. accident.
