
In September, 15 building permits were issued according to a report from the City of Mountain Home’s Building Inspection Manager Jeannie Anderson.
A commercial remodel topped the report with a permit being issued to Gregory Company on behalf of the Mountain Home Police Department located at 650 South Street for a construction value of $1,081,000. A commercial remodel permit was issued to Americom Construction on behalf of Legacy Racquet and Fitness located at 514 Coley Drive for a construction value of $580,216. And a second commercial remodel was issued to Gregory Company on behalf of DeAtley Dental Care located at 2062 U.S. Highway 62 W. for a construction value of $395,000.
Seven commercial sign permits were issued in September with first to Americom Construction on behalf of Hadley’s Haven, LLC located at 150 S. College Street for a construction value of $500. Two were issued to Cupples Sign Company on behalf of Baxter Health for the Interventional Pain Management Clinic located at 17 Medical Plaza for a construction value of $14,615 and for the Baxter Health College Street Clinic located at 400 S. College Street Suite 5 for a construction value of $3,236.
DiJohn Designs was issued three permits with the first on behalf of Finders Keepers Flea Market located at 1029 U.S. Highway 62 E. for a construction value of $1,200. The second on behalf of Fairways Indoor Golf Lounge located at 1322 U.S. Highway 62 E. for a construction value of $2,500. And the third on behalf of Glo RX, LLC located at 40 Plaza Way Suite 20 for a construction value of $975.
And a commercial sign permit was issued to Lancaster Signs on behalf of White Oak Station/Phillips 66 located at 1124 U.S. Highway 62 East for a construction value of $10,000.
A residential remodel permit was issued to David Gorski located at 328 S. Kingswood for a construction value of $65,000.
Two residential addition permits were issued in September with the first to Michey Hoggard located at 109 Woodsdale Court for a construction value of $5,000. A second permit was issued to Heather Brown and Anthony Johnson located at 403 Glenstone Drive for a construction value of $1,500.
And two residential ACC structure permits where issued in September with the first to Linda Driskell located at 561 Western Hills Loop with a construction value of $2,353 and the second to Roger Vandevert located at 415 Cone Street with a construction value of $2,100.
