An Ozark County man has been indicted by a grand jury in Douglas County for sex crimes involving a juvenile girl. Facing three felony charges is 58-year-old Henry D. Parker of Gainesville.
According to court documents in the case, the crimes happened between October and December of 2010.
Parker is facing felony counts of first degree child molestation and sexual abuse along with a misdemeanor count of second degree sexual misconduct. He was also ordered to have no contact with the victim or any children under the age of 18.
He is free after posting $50,000 bail.
