Atlas Asphalt is set to begin construction in Cotter on the Big Spring Park parking lot and road leading to it. Work is expected to begin Nov. 4 and end Nov. 12. Depending on weather conditions, dates are subject to change.
The ramp at Big Spring Park will be closed for two days during this time. Road signs will be posted when the ramp is closed.
