More rain is expected for the Twin Lakes Area, and some areas may see severe weather. North central Arkansas is under a flood watch through 6 Monday morning, a flood warning is in effect for Ozark, Howell and Douglas counties in southern Missouri, and a tornado watch is effect for Boone, Newton and Taney counties until 9 Monday night.

Since 7 Monday morning, 1.95 inches of rain have been recorded at KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot, the official reporting station for the National Weather Service in Mountain Home. So far, the total precipitation for November is 7.06 inches. That is .46 of an inch of the total of August, September and October, which was 7.52 inches.

While some areas have a chance for severe weather, Meteorologist Dennis Cavanaugh of the National Weather Service office in North Little Rock says that’s not the biggest threat.
