In October, 20 building permits were issued according to a report from the City of Mountain Home’s Building Inspection Manager Jeannie Anderson, with over half being residential.
A parking lot permit issued to Turn-Key Investments, LLC topped the report on behalf of McAlister’s Deli located at 29 Sunset Drive with a construction value of $150,000.
A commercial remodel permit was issued to Norbert Rapplod on behalf of St. Peter’s Clothing Room located at 416 Dyer Place with a construction value of $45,000.
Six commercial sign permits were issued in October with the first to Cash Enterprises on behalf of Ozark Poster Advertising located at 2926 U.S. Highway 62 W. with a construction value of $20,000. Kimberly McDonald was issued a permit on behalf of Warehouse Liquor located at 2471 Hwy. 62 E. with a construction value of $20,000. Two permits were issued to Regional Family Medicine with one located at 630 Burnett Drive for construction value of $14,000 and the second located at 250 Drillers Road with a construction value of $13,000. First Community Bank located at 310 Hwy. 62 E was issued a commercial sign permit with a construction value of $1,566 and Ben and Jamie Dacus was issued a permit on behalf of Dacus Construction Company, LLC located at 1560 S. College Street with a construction value of $3,500.

A new residential building permit was also issued to Rip Grisham on behalf of Rip Grisham Construction located at 238 S. Sheeks for a construction value of $380,000.
And a new residential ACC structure permit was issued to Kenneth Gregg located at 1704 E. 1st Street for a construction value of $7,000.
