The Mountain Home High School basketball teams were able to get the experience of playing at an NBA arena on Tuesday when they met Paragould at the FedEx Forum in downtown Memphis. The Bombers and Lady Bombers were able to take part in other activities to get the Memphis experience.

The boys’ game opened the action, and prior to the game, Bombers’ guard Ryder McClain said their activities began Monday evening, including a trip to Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid.

While the boys’ activities started Monday, the girls arrived to the Forum Tuesday as the boys’ game was in progress. Following the doubleheader, the two teams were treated to a meal at Charlie Vergos’ Renzdezvous, and they returned to the Forum to watch the NBA game between the Memphis Grizzlies and the Denver Nuggets.
