The Friends of the Baxter County Library will host a used book sale this weekend at the Donald W. Reynolds Library Serving Baxter County.
The sale will run Thursday from 8:30 to 5, Friday from 9 to 5, and Saturday from 10 to 1. On Saturday, items will be half-price until noon, followed by a $2 bag sale.
The event will feature a wide selection of books in various genres, including fiction by authors such as John Grisham and James Patterson, as well as nonfiction topics such as fishing, hunting, gardening, and religion.
Other special offerings include a childrens room, puzzles, a Christmas table, nearly-new crafting, needlework, and knitting books, along with a $1 DVD sale.
JoBelle Zimmerman, a member of the Friends of the Library, says it’s been exciting to see the growth of the library and the increased success of the book sales.
