High school basketball makes up the local Wednesday schedule as area teams continue tournament play.
The Arvest Bank Tournament in Flippin will begin its games in the consolation bracket.
The girls’ games will be played in the new gym. Cotter and Omaha tip off at 4, Lead Hill meets Kingston at 5:30, Timbo faces Alpena at 7, and Yellville-Summit takes on Mount Judea at 8:30.
The boys’ games will be held in the old gym. Rural Special and Alpena get underway at 4, Cotter plays Omaha at 5:30, Norfork will be paired with Mount Judea at 7, and Lead Hill meets Kingston at 8:30.
Two area girls’ teams will play their second games in the First Service Bank Classic at Clinton. Valley Springs faces Bigelow on the consolation side of the bracket at 6, and Harrison takes on Greers Ferry West Side in the semifinals at 7:30.
