The Cotter City Council will meet Thursday night at 6 in the Cotter City Hall Council Chamber.
Items on the agenda include an amendment of an ordinance to change the hours to allow alcohol sales on Sunday and the scheduling of a public hearing for comments prior to the December council meeting to consider a petition to close the alley from College and State Street between Hazel and view Street.
