11 building permits issued in November

In November, 11 building permits were issued according to a report from the City of Mountain Home’s Building Inspection Manager Jeannie Anderson.

Two commercial remodel permits were issued in November with the first issued to North Arkansas Dental Group, located at 2338 U.S. Highway 62 West with a construction value of $495,374. The second was issued to Baxter Health on behalf of Baxter Health OR #7, located at 624 Hospital Drive, with a construction value of $150,000.

Two commercial sign permits were issued with the first going to Greggs Farm Service, located at 1312 E. 9th Street with a construction value of $50,000. The second was issued to Sofa City, located at 1771 U.S. Highway 62 East with a construction value of $21,000.

A parking lot permit was issued to Baxter Healthcare Corporation located at 1900 Highway 201 N., with a construction value of $200,000.

A new residential building permit was issued to Tony Pham located at 200 Colewood Drive with a construction value of $506,000.

Four residential ACC structure permits were issued in November with the first being issued to Ann Kenyeri located at 1908 Arbor Street with a value of $7,828. The second was issued to Hillary and Gabriel Potter located at 611 E. 2nd Street, with a construction value of $55,000. The third was issued to Dennis Allegrezza located at 2005 Franklin Ave. with a construction value of $6,087. And the fourth issued to Beverly Lee located at 205 Walnut Court with a construction value of $4,000.

And a residential addition permit was issued to Sok Chanthy located at 1418 Benton Street with a construction value of $40,000.
