The Mountain Home High School bowling teams’ first road trip of the season was a successful one as they were able to sweep Batesville at the Hollywood Bowl.
The Lady Bombers defeated the Lady Pioneers 13-0. Mountain Home had 1,838 total pins, and Batesville finished with 1,193. Chloe Weatherford led the Lady Bombers with a 171 average, Daelyn Harper’s average was 147, and Audrey Ballard had an average of 142.
Mountain Home’s boys topped Batesville 11-2. The Bombers had 2,444 total pins, and the Pioneers ended up with 2,347. Gabriel Gossau’s average was 225 to lead Mountain Home, Gray Daniels had an average of 184, and Izac Biting came away with a 179 average.
