A man who was sentenced to 20 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections earlier this year for possessing child pornography, and has open rape cases in Fulton and Sharp counties, has picked up additional charges in Fulton County. Forty-one-year-old Terry Lynn Johnson, formerly of Horseshoe Bend in Izard County, but who now lists his address as Cave City, has now been charged with five counts of computer exploitation of a child, which is a Class Y felony, the most serious crime in Arkansas not punishable by the death penalty.

The incidents happened from mid-November 2022 through early January 2023.

Bond for Johnson on these charges, who is already being held in the Sharp County Jail, is set at $500,000.

In the open cases, Johnson is facing one count of rape in Fulton County involving a 13-year-old girl. In Sharp County, he is facing four counts of rape involving the same victim.
