An Arkansas AMBER Alert has been issued for an infant reported missing in Little Rock. Eleven-month-old Khamari Key is believed to have been taken Thursday night by 22-year-old Grover Jackkellom Key III following a physical domestic dispute with the child’s mother.
According to the Arkansas State Police, the dispute was occurring in a vehicle. The mother reportedly fled the vehicle with the child inside. Grover Key allegedly attempted to strike the mother and hit an innocent bystander with the vehicle before he fled. The vehicle was later recovered, but Khamari Key and Grover Key are still being sought.
Khamari Key is described as a black female with brown hair, brown eyes and a light complexion. Grover Key is a 5-foot-9 black male with black hair, brown eyes and a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing either grey or black pants, a True Religion jacket and a red hat with “Mea Culpa” in black letters.
