The Mountain Home High School swim teams competed in the Batesville Invitational on Saturday.
The Bombers finished sixth out of eight boys’ teams. Caleb Due won the 100-yard freestyle, and Christian Belicek’s third place finish in the 500-yard freestyle was an improvement of his previous mark by 16.15 seconds.
Mountain Home was eighth out of nine girls’ teams. Peeka Traver won the 100-yard butterfly and the 100-yard backstroke.
Mountain Home will make a return to Pocahontas on Jan. 7.
