As the holiday season nears, the Baxter County Historical and Genealogical Society is preparing to celebrate a milestone year. The Society will host its Christmas party Tuesday evening at 5:30 at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church.
The event will feature live music and commemorate the Society’s recent relocation of its museum to 300 Bomber Blvd. Attendees will also hear about plans for the year ahead, including the museum’s development and a significant project to move artifacts from the historic Buford Schoolhouse to the new location.
St. Andrews Episcopal Church is located at 511 Coley Dr. in Mountain Home.
