Gassville City Council to hear third readings on two ordinances for water and sewer rates

The Gassville City Council will meet in regular session Tuesday night at 6 at Gassville City Hall.

Items on the agenda include:

– update on the 2023 water/wastewater audit;

– a third reading to consider of an ordinance establishing a new commercial water user rate;

– a third reading to consider of an ordinance establishing a new commercial sewer user rate;

– consideration of the sale of a 1990 pierce pumper and equipment from the fire department;

– consideration to amend an ordinance for inspections of mobile food preparation vehicles; and

– consideration of approving the 2025 fiscal year budget.
