North Little Rock police have made a second arrest in connection with a stabbing death that occurred last week.
Authorities from the North Little Rock Police Department announced that 28-year-old Darius Poole of Maumelle was taken into custody on Wednesday for his role in the death of 38-year-old Charles “Bam” Watson.
Police responded to the 5000 block of Velvet Ridge on December 12 after receiving reports of an injured individual. Upon arrival, officers found Watson suffering from stab wounds. He was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
Investigators also arrested 30-year-old Braelon Stubenfield on the same day after he reportedly confessed to stabbing Watson following an altercation.
Both Poole and Stubenfield are facing charges of capital murder in connection with Watsons death. They are currently being held without bond at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Center.
