A Bull Shoals woman suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle accident Tuesday morning in Cotter. Thirty-one-year-old Michelle Richardson was transported from the scene by ambulance to Baxter Health.
According to the crash report from the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, Richardson was traveling on Harding Boulevard, also known as U.S. Highway 62B. A pickup truck, driven by a 16-year-old Cotter male, was attempting to turn onto the highway from Melba Avenue. The teen tells authorities he did not see Richardson’s vehicle, and his truck struck her vehicle on the front passenger side.
The juvenile was not injured in the 7:45 a.m. accident. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at $5,000.
