Almedia Partee, 83, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away on Friday, December 27, 2024, in Mountain Home. She was born on February 6, 1941, in Ozark County, Missouri to Henry and Edna (Belcher) Smith. Almedia was a very hard worker. She retired from Baxter Lab after having worked there for over forty years. She obtained and kept her beautician license up as long as her health allowed as she enjoyed doing the hair of family and friends. She was a very loving mother and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her.
Almedia is survived by one son, Randy Partee (Jolene); two grandsons, Justin Partee (Molly) and Cody Partee (Tiffany); six great-grandchildren, Rain, Joey, Rosie, Natalie, Nathan and Riley; one sister, Gladys Harris and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Edna Smith; her husband, Murel Partee and several brothers and sisters.
Arrangements are by Conner Family Funeral Home & Cremation Center. A visitation will be Monday, December 30, 2024, from 5 – 7 p.m. at Conner Family Funeral Home. Graveside funeral services will be Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 1 p.m. at Conley Cemetery in Mountain Home with burial following.
