Pulaski County authorities are investigating the death of a man found early Monday morning.
At 1:17 a.m. on January 6, deputies with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of a body in the roadway on the 1900 block of East 46th Street. Upon arrival, they discovered a deceased man surrounded by several plastic bags.
The man has been identified as 52-year-old Joseph Campbell of Little Rock, who was reportedly homeless.
