Arvest Bank has announced that it has been named to the 2025 Forbes list of America’s Best Employers, marking the fourth consecutive year the bank has received this recognition. The Forbes America’s Best Employers 2025 list is compiled through a collaboration with Statista, the leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.

The award is based on an independent survey of more than 217,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people within the United States. In total, over 6.5 million employer evaluations were considered. The evaluation process includes two types of assessments: personal evaluations (from employees themselves) and public evaluations (from friends, family, or others in the same industry). Personal evaluations are weighted more heavily in the final score.

This is not the first time Arvest Bank has been recognized on this list. The bank has now been named to the Forbes America’s Best Employers list six times, including in 2017 and 2018, and for four consecutive years since 2022.

“Exceptional customer service begins with exceptional associates, and at Arvest, we have the best of the best,” said Laura Andress, Arvest’s Chief People Officer. “We are honored to be once again recognized for our unwavering commitment to fostering a positive work environment where our associates feel valued and inspired to be their best every day.”

The award list was announced on February 12, 2025, and is available on Forbes’ website.

Arvest Bank, with assets exceeding $26 billion, is a community-based financial institution serving over 110 communities across Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. For more information, visit www.arvest.com
